one of the worst feelings in the world is
feeling insecure about yourself
you had no idea how to deal with it
stress, anxious, and fearful
those are tiring
people always say bad things even when you did well
you can't control people's opinion of you
but you have a choice to keep your head
don't let them drag you down

sometimes you need to be kinder to yourself
sometimes you need to distance yourself
from people, toxic people
calm your mind and realize you are worthy
you deserve to be happy
respect yourself
stop judging yourself
learn to let things go, sometimes this is the hardest

and appreciate your inner circle in life
brave enough to show them your fragility
put your willingness to express your sentiment, ups, and downs
ask them for help, if it is necessary
they'll give you their ears, hugs, and let your tears drop
sure they will let your tears down, it doesn't matter to be relieved
because they know your storm and what you have been through
they know how hard it is

thank God, for bringing and allowing them into my life 
please keep and take care of them

and the last but not least
promise me, Bella, being your own best friend
life's tough enough, stressful enough, hard enough
but, you have to be strong enough!
